Jun. 28th, 2005 02:27 pm29 year old writer/editor chick and cat seek a roommate for great place at 287 Ossington. for August first.The apartment is on the first floor of a small building that is filled with lots of queer artists. $600/month includes heat but is plus hydro (about $25/month).
You are: queer / trans positive, relatively quiet, easy-going, a non-smoker or you don't mind smoking on the porch, have good politics but won't scorn me for indulging in the occasional CSI marathon.
The bedrooms are mid-sized with ample closet space. There's a nice living room with fireplace and bright window, a big dining room attached to the kitchen and backyard access. The bathroom is very clean with a nice sized tub. There are gorgeous hardwood floors and the ceilings are high.
I am not a neat freak but am respectful of common space. I'm relatively social but also like to have lots of time to myself to work. I work from home, mostly. I don't usually cook meat in the house but don't care if you do. I'm pretty easy going and wouldn't mind the occasional party or spontaneous dance-a-thon.
