I can't remember what tv show described radishes as "a cross between an apple and an onion" but now I can't help but think it every time I see them. Radishes are huge in my family though I can't say I'm a huge fan. Did you smoke the tofu yourself? The combo of smokey and sweet sounds heavenly!
